I like to ride bikes.

I have enjoyed mountain biking for 35 years. This is my 11th season with NICA. I enjoy coaching and seeing athletes grow as people though MTB. 

I work full time as a Captain/Paramedic for Unified Fire Authority where I have been for over 19 years. I also own and operate Fire and Slice where we do all kinds of jobs from custom epoxy tables to designing and constructing pools and homes.  I have been riding with the team for the past 4 years, and am currently the Chief Fun Officer. I love getting to know all the student athletes and seeing them push their limits. On race day you can find me at the remote cheer zone yelling to motivate our student athletes till I’m completely hoarse. 

I work hard to play hard. With my family and friends preferably with a side of mountain biking. Always planning and looking forward to the next adventure. 

I have been coaching with the mountain bike team for 8 years and have been mountain biking since the mid 90’s. I also love white water rafting and skiing.

I like to take long bike rides.

I grew up mountain biking in Park City on deer trails in Round Valley with my banana seat and tasseled grips (it was the 80's)! Now I have 5 daughters (and 3 sons + a husband) who all bike faster than me. 6 of them have been proud Sentinels since 2020! GRiT riders are my FAVORITE!
